Ours is a closed-cycle operation. We produce the feeding of the animals entirely on the same farm, where we grow traditional fodder such as trepadella and cereals of native species. Unlike most conventional farms, we do not use soybeans or corn, since they are not native. Calves and calves are slaughtered after 14-16 months of life, when they have the category of a lamb, in order to achieve a redder and tastier meat thanks to the lower water content, without compromising tenderness. We are part of the Cooperative Plana de Vic. We offer you the possibility of visiting our farm, especially from March to mid-May and September.
