Cal Cantaré cheese factory
Formatgeria Cal Cantaré is located in the heart of the old town of Santpedor. Cal Cantaré is a village manor house where part of the winery has been restored to make the cheese factory. The cheese ripening cellars are located in the old wine vats. In the same space is the direct sales store. We make cheeses from raw goat and sheep milk from herds grazing in the same area of Santpedor in the case of sheep and the forests of Castelladral in the case of the herd of goats. We offer visits and tastings with prior reservation!
