Cheese factory in Clua
The Cheese factory of Clua creates high quality artisan products that have great recognition. Its facilities are located in an idyllic place, in the small town of Clua, an isolated group of houses within the municipality of Artesa de Segre where a few decades ago a group of people settled who have revitalized the area. The key to their product is to obtain milk directly from the goats they take care of in their facilities, the use of artisanal methods and the incredible natural environment where the cheese factory is located. In fact, they offer the possibility of a guided tour for small groups with tasting of their cheeses included. They also participate in numerous fairs and gastronomic meetings.
