At Forn Sistaré we are people with trade, we are bakers passionate about our work. We take care of the traditional profession, centennial and rooted but we want it to be modern in the areas that allow it. The bread of the "old" was neither better nor worse. The current one is no different, either. It is the tradition of doing things well for the pleasure of doing them well, in continuous evolution and learning. We never know enough, and we learn from customers as much from other bakers or master bakers. Everyone knows what they know, and we know how to make bread. We are a great team, made up of more than 25 people between workshop and shops. We only have many of our products on designated dates and when they are seasonal.
