Granja El Prat is a dairy cattle farm in L'Ametlla del Vallès. In 1990 they began marketing certified and pasteurized milk. In 1996 they began to produce artisan dairy products of recognized quality on the same farm. In 1998 they obtained the Honorary Distinction of innovation in the primary sector with the integration of new production processes with new marketing systems to reach the consumer directly. Apart from pasteurized milk, they make and market natural, skimmed, strawberry and lemon yogurts, as well as cottage cheese, fresh cheese, flans and chocolate desserts.
