J&J Busquets, Raw and Cooked Calçots

We are descendants of several generations of farmers dedicated to the cultivation of vineyards, olive trees, fruits, vegetables and of course, the precious calçot. It was around 1972 when my father-in-law, Josep, began to cultivate calçot on a large scale due to the demand for this product in the most renowned restaurants in the towns near Vila-rodona. In 2011 my second son, Jordi and I, went a step further and started selling them also cooked.
