Strawberries Joan Borrell
We have a strawberry farm for more than 40 years of 1.6 hectares facing the sea. We are introducing hydroponic cultivation (recyclable organic substrate that guarantees water savings) and height (prevents many pests and facilitates harvesting). We have a fertilization or fertigation head installation (saving fertilizers and greater efficiency in irrigation), essential for hydroponics cultivation. We also grow forest strawberries, which are sold in restaurants and pastry shops, and the aroma and san andreas varieties. We are part of the Maresme ADV.
