Our story begins in 2011 when Sílvia, cheesemaker and owner of the company, decided to learn a trade. Making cheese means transforming a product as essential as milk. Sílvia learned for years the art of "formatting" in various cheese factories in Catalonia, always keeping in mind her dream of having her own cheese workshop. In June 2014, he reflected his project in the workshop of Sant Iscle de Vallalta, in the Natural Park of Montegre (Maresme).
