Three great chefs, Eduard Xatruch, Oriol Castro and Mateu Casañas, are the soul of this restaurant. Their past at El Bulli brought them together and the concepts and techniques they learned with Ferran Adrià marked their way of working and understanding gastronomy. In just under five years at the helm of the project, they are already the benchmarks of avant-garde cuisine throughout the country. It has 2 Michelin stars.
