Guia Michelin
The Michelin Guide is a series of guide books published by Michelin for more than a dozen countries. The term refers by default to the Michelin Red Guide, the oldest and most well-known of the hotel and restaurant guides in Europe, which awards the prestigious Michelin Stars.
