The Repsol Guide offers five different categories: 1) (Uncategorized): If the restaurant doesn't have any symbols on the side it means that the critics of this guide don't find it interesting enough to deserve an "R". 2) R: Recommended restaurant. 3) A "sun": next to a restaurant name means that there is a variety of dishes and excellent quality. 4) Two "suns": they indicate "excellent quality in the kitchen"." 5) Three "suns": it is the highest rating given by this guide and corresponds to restaurants considered "the best of the year".
