The cheese factory of Llívia

This restaurant on the outskirts of Llívia was an old cheese factory. It is a place with a lot of charm and warmth. The gastronomic proposal is based on traditional mountain cuisine with modern touches. Chef Jordi Valero gives prominence to homemade meat and cheeses, among other local ingredients.
